Purpose
The Kitchen Steward ensures delivery of the highest sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
* Organizing, cleaning and maintaining working premises and kitchen equipment.
* Storing all cleaned articles in the correct area.
* Washing kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with all hygiene procedures and standards established by the School.
* Ensuring all access and traffic areas are clear and clean.
* Using cleaning products and machines according to technical requirements.
* Ensuring proper management and transport of waste.
