The Hapimag Resort in Interlaken is located on the popular promenade on the Höheweg with spectacular views of the Jungfrau. In addition to 105 spacious flats, the resort has a spa area with steam bath and sauna, an indoor pool, a playroom for the children, 2 conference rooms and a restaurant with a spacious terrace.
We are looking for a committed, motivated individual to join our restaurant team on 1st December 2025.
What you can expect
* Guest service: Welcoming and seating guests, ensuring first-class service and a high level of guest satisfaction.
* Service procedures: Responsibility for your own service station, including taking orders, serving food and drinks and billing.
* Quality control: Monitoring compliance with service standards and hygiene regulations.
* Complaints management: Professional and friendly handling of guest complaints and enquiries.
* Preparation and follow-up: Ensuring that the service station is properly prepared before and after service hours, including mise en place.
* Communication: Working closely with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
What you bring along
* Completed training in the restaurant trade
* Professional experience in a comparable position in the service area
* Sound knowledge of food and beverage knowledge and service standards
* Good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
* Strong guest and service orientation, ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
* Well-groomed appearance, confident demeanour and excellent manners
