Sales Manager 100% (w/m/d)
Position: Sales Manager (w/m/d) – 100% – Permanent – From 01.09.2026 – Location: 6363 Obbürgen (NW) – Work form: Shift work, Sunday and holiday work, Night work.
Responsibilities
- International market development, customer acquisition and retention for FIT/Leisure and MICE markets, including market analysis.
- Planning and execution of sales‑promoting measures.
- Representing the resort at trade fairs, networking events and sales trips (regional and international).
- Organizing and conducting guided tours, telemarketing activities, client events and fam trips.
- Maintaining the customer database and producing statistics.
- Monitoring market trends and performing analysis.
Qualifications
- Enjoy working with customers, guests and an international team.
- Graduated from a hotel school, university or Fachhochschule in business, communication or tourism (preferred).
- Sales experience in luxury hospitality.
- Strong communication skills, confident presence and negotiation ability.
- Sales‑ and revenue‑oriented mindset.
- Independent, proactive and responsible work style.
