This is your role with us

To strengthen our small, friendly, and family‑like team, we are looking for a reliable and service‑oriented personality for our reception.

As the first point of contact of our company, you are the business card of Habasit and ensure a positive first impression with your open and professional manner for customers, guests, and employees.

These are your tasks

* Managing the reception and telephone switchboard
* Appointment and meeting coordination
* General administrative tasks as well as support for HR
* Management and distribution of keys, badges, and logins
* Care and coordination of our vehicle pool including key management
* Support in organizational and administrative processes

This is what you bring

Commercial basic training or comparable experience

Enjoyment in contact with people and pronounced service orientation

Independent, structured, and reliable way of working

Good MS Office skills

Discretion and trustworthiness

German at native speaker level

English fluent in spoken and written

French and/or Italian skills are an advantage
