To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for talented Global SAP Process and solution architects.
Missions
* Leads definition, design and roll‑out of strategic SAP initiatives and related process model and configuration.
* Leads UAT and Cut‑over phases for high impact strategic initiatives.
* Engages with the Global Supply Chain functional areas and stakeholders to define overall integration strategies and ensures resources are appointed and with the required commitment.
* Develops implementation plans that include key and detailed deliverables from all the Supply Chain functions.
* Establishes and drives design of SAP processes across End‑to‑End Supply Chain and involving subject matter experts that identify and coordinate validation and related communication to all business functions.
* Creates process documentation including solution presentations and system design documents.
* Ensures that business processes and technical requirements are correctly modelled following client standards for SAP including all elements of the solution (these requirements will include business requirements, process and data standards).
* Connects and aligns with IT while developing SAP process solutions to ensure business execution within supply chain functions and any other stakeholders are effective and efficiently managed.
* Contributes and owns SAP business process deliverables (e.g., end to end SAP business process maps, playbooks for roles that document day in the life).
* Manages issues with the design by negotiating across the teams, to reach equitable and mutually acceptable conclusions consistent with client principles.
* Creates, Reviews and approves the Integration of SAP and Sub‑systems user acceptance test plans.
* Leads SAP and sub‑systems fault‑finding and integration troubleshooting activities until resolution.
* Mentors team members on new processes and responsible for knowledge transfer to appropriate stakeholders – both within and outside Process Excellence team.
Profile
* B.S. or BA in supply chain, management, technical field (biotechnology, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, engineering or related disciplines) or data science; a Masters or MBA preferred.
* Advanced certification in Supply Chain Management preferred (e.g. APICS CSCP/C‑PIM).
* Operational excellence experience (Green/Black belt or equivalent) preferred.
* 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
* 10+ years experience in SAP. Prior enterprise SAP implementations a must.
* Experience leading projects with high performing and cross‑functional teams.
* Ability to navigate organization dynamics and lead cross‑functional projects.
* Financial management exposure, awareness, and acumen.
* Strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Understanding and exposure to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory requirements.
* Exposure and experience in Biotech / Pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, principles and practices.
