As a Smart Sensors Specialist at the Deep Tech Center, your mission is to explore and develop new sensor technologies for process control, production quality, and breakthrough consumer experiences. Across our hubs in Switzerland and China, we advance manufacturing, consumer experiences and research by leveraging robotics, sensors, AI, machine learning and digital twins. You will make a difference by collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams across research and development, businesses, markets, factories, and external partners. What Will Make You Successful
Bringing strong expertise in sensor development, measurement science, and hands‑on experimental work to create practical, high‑impact solutions.
Applying knowledge of statistics, variability analysis, and metrology to assess performance, improve reliability, and support robust decision‑making.
Using programming and data analysis skills with a high level of autonomy to advance connected systems, automation, and digital innovation.
Collaborating as a strong team player across disciplines, with PhD research or operations experience considered a strong plus.
Communicating fluently in English.
