Are you an experienced backend developer with a passion for designing scalable microservices and event-driven architectures? Do you thrive in building robust, high-performance applications that power AI-driven solutions? If so, Aifano GmbH wants to hear from you!
What You'll Be Working On
* Developing modern, high-performance web applications using Next.js and shadcn/ui
* Crafting seamless and visually stunning UI experiences with a strong user focus
* Collaborating closely with the product owner, backend engineers, and AI specialists to deliver impactful products
* Optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
* Implementing and maintaining backend services using Supabase and Prisma
* Deploying and managing applications on Vercel, ensuring top-tier performance and security
* Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices
Requirements
What We're Looking For
* Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and backend architecture
* Deep understanding of microservices, event-driven systems, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
* Experience with Prisma ORM and Supabase for backend data management
* Knowledge of cloud services, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, observability, and logging (Grafana, Logstash, etc.)
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
* Python knowledge is a plus for maintaining legacy AI applications
What Makes You Stand Out
* Experience in designing distributed, high-availability systems
* Strong knowledge of security best practices and scalability strategies
* Familiarity with AI-driven backend services and foundation model integration
* Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio
