PpWe are seeking a Regional Commercial Head EMEA for our headquarters in Geneva. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead a team of two and focus on expanding our sales throughout the EMEA region. Your responsibilities include strengthening existing partnerships, forming new ones, and identifying business opportunities within the area. Collaboration with internal teams such as Alliance Management Partnering, Global Medical Affairs, Global Marketing, and Customer Operations is essential for your success. /p h3Your Main Tasks Include /h3 ul liManaging, coaching, setting goals, and developing your team. /li liGaining comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, competitor activities, opportunities, challenges, and customer and patient needs across the region. /li liEstablishing commercial and sales strategies for the region and individual countries. /li liAchieving sales goals by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating sales tactics and promotional programs in partnership with others. /li liWorking closely with marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs to develop territory action plans and monitoring progress. /li liProviding information to internal stakeholders through data collection, analysis, and trend summaries. /li liMaintaining regular contact with key partners via periodic visits, addressing specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities. /li liBuilding and maintaining strong, trustworthy relationships with both existing and new partners. /li liManaging budgets and deadlines. /li liEncouraging cross-department collaboration. /li /ul pThe role requires business travel between 20% and 40% of your working time. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field /li liMinimum seven years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry /li liProven track record in Sales and Marketing roles, ideally with affiliate and international exposure /li liStrong analytical, strategic, and execution skills /li liExcellent scientific and medical knowledge /li liFluent English communication; additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German are advantageous /li /ul pYou are creative and solution-oriented, skilled at convincing and influencing others. You excel in building trust and enthusiasm among colleagues and partners. Your negotiation abilities and strategic mindset help you achieve results in diverse cultural settings.
