Salary: €3,700 gross/month

We are seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Representative to join an international sales team based in Berlin. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, driving sales performance, and delivering high-quality solutions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do:
* Engage with clients, both existing and new, to showcase and promote our innovative solutions
* Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
* Communicate confidently via phone, email, and digital platforms
* Hit individual sales and performance targets while contributing to team success
* Keep accurate records of client interactions in our systems
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (marketing experience is a plus!)
* Dutch proficiency at C1 level or higher
* English proficiency at B2 level
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Motivation to thrive in an on-site role in Berlin
