Background: The Logistics department of Sensor & Cartridge Operations ensures the smooth and efficient handling of all internal logistics processes, guaranteeing compliance with all quality and regulatory requirements at all times. Your responsibilities encompass the entire material logistics process, from receiving and properly storing goods, through order picking and internal transport, to ensure on‑time delivery to production and optimizing material flow management. As a Logistics Operator at Sensor & Cartridge Operations, you can expect a modern and diverse logistics environment. You will work in a dedicated, dynamic team that works together to ensure smooth processes and actively develops innovative solutions.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has completed vocational training as a logistics specialist (EFZ), holds a forklift license, and has more than 5 years of professional experience in production logistics. Furthermore, in‑depth SAP knowledge and its efficient application in daily work, professional experience in a GMP environment, and excellent written and spoken German skills are required.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Receiving and inspecting incoming goods (quality, completeness, documentation)
* Professional storage and retrieval in compliance with all safety and quality regulations
* Order picking according to production orders
* Packing and preparing goods for shipment
* Coordinating goods releases with the 3PL provider
* Maintaining and updating logistics master data in SAP
* Identifying, handling, and storing hazardous materials in accordance with local SHE guidelines
Must‑haves
* Completed vocational training as a logistics specialist (EFZ) including forklift license
* At least 5 years of professional experience in production logistics
* In‑depth knowledge of SAP and efficient use in daily work
* Resilient and team‑oriented with a passion for achieving shared goals
* Excellent written and spoken German skills, English skills at level B1
* Professional experience in a GMP environment
* Experience with modern process optimization methods (eg, Six Sigma, Lean, CIP)
