Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Lead regional export and trade finance ROW team
2. Ensure export compliance and trade finance risk management for Order to Payment Cycle in line with governing laws and internal regulations
3. Ensure financing cost control and optimized working capital management for export sales contracts
4. Support business development and sales process with customer financing solutions
5. External stakeholder management with banks, insurers, agents, and customers
6. Ensure appropriate balance sheet credit exposure for Rieter’s third counterparties
7. Support and train team members in the field of export compliance, development of structured finance solutions, compliant process management, and credit management
8. Support transition and migration from paper-based trade finance services processing to digitized cross functional processes
You bring that with You
9. Bachelor’s degree or above, trade finance and export management background with at least 10 years of experience
10. Experience in structured and ECA-covered financing, incl. credit risk assessment across corporate, country, KYC, and export compliance
11. Experience in digitization and process optimization
12. Six Sigma / Lean / Project Management / Change Management
13. Strong communication skills in English and German, Spanish and/or Russian are an advantage; additional languages are a plus
