As L’Occitane En Provence L&D Project Leader and Trainer Export, your role is to be the L&D expert for all Export markets. Your main mission will be to inspire, motivate, and engage retail teams to provide the best possible experience to our customers by delivering appropriate tools, guidelines, and support.
You will work closely with Export teams (Sales, Marketing & Digital) and report to the Export Senior Customer Experience Manager.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Training (50%)
o Organize and deliver in-person training sessions during market visits to monitor and reinforce standards. Collaborate with local teams across 55 markets.
o Be the product knowledge expert in Face Care and Hair Care segments for Export markets.
o Conduct trainings on SPA protocols outside of SPA settings with retail teams.
o Co-facilitate biannual Train-the-Trainer sessions to upskill retail teams and align with company standards.
o Ensure access to e-learning platforms for retail teams; track KPIs.
o Update and coach training managers via webinars and communication channels, ensuring engaging and interactive sessions for diverse learners.
2. L&D Content Creation (20%)
o Communicate all L&D content related to Export Toolkits.
o Update training tools, including presentations, cheat sheets, product updates, and quizzes, aligned with brand messaging.
o Co-create structured Train-the-Trainer sessions to empower training managers.
3. Countries Follow-up (30%)
o Support prioritized countries through market calls and visits.
o Assist countries on L&D, CX, and retail performance topics.
o Conduct retail analysis.
HOW CAN YOU FIT :
* +3 years’ experience as retail trainer or beauty advisor with trainer certification.
* Experience in retail & luxury cosmetics is a plus.
* Collaborative, with ability to learn SPA protocols and deploy them.
* Excellent presentation skills; proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
* High energy, resilience, curiosity, and humility.
* Flexible and adaptable in various environments.
* Organized, with strong planning and multitasking skills.
* Ability to influence and connect with diverse stakeholders across functions and cultures.
* Comfortable with Learning Management Systems, PPT, Excel, and Word.
* Willing to travel up to 50%.
