What Will You Be Doing?
1. Support the preparation of statutory financial statements for the group’s legal entities.
2. Coordinate the work of external accounting providers and auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
3. Manage communication between local teams and the headquarters to align on reporting requirements and deadlines.
4. Assist in ensuring compliance with local GAAP, group policies, and internal controls.
5. Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation to external auditors.
6. Contribute to process improvements and standardization initiatives within the finance function.
What Do You Need To Bring?
7. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8. 2–3 years of experience in an audit firm or in a similar accounting/finance role.
9. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
10. Excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
11. Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal); Italian proficiency is a plus.
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.
13. Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
