. Your new responsibilities - Collaborate in the planning,
coordination, and execution of strategic user research studies -
Synthesize and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to
generate actionable insights - Oversee and update the user research
repository and knowledge base, ensuring resources remain organized,
accessible, and up to date - Contribute to the development and
optimization of research tools, templates, and documentation to
enhance team efficiency and workflow - Manage and screen
participant pools for various research studies, ensuring that
recruitment aligns with specific study requirements and criteria
Your skills - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's
program at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences,
ideally in Business Administration, Psychology, Behavioral
Economics or another research-focused field - Strong research and
analytical skills - Structured and independent working style -
Excellent communication abilities - Fluent in English, both written
