Project: Major S/4HANA Transformation Programme
Templeton & Partners is supporting a large‑scale S/4HANA programme and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Test Engineer / Test Manager to lead testing across Telecom‑related integrations and peripheral systems.

We are looking for someone with strong, proven experience in:
* A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Electrical Engineering or similar
* Several years of test management experience in complex enterprise environments
* Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA and ServiceNow (especially interfaces & integration)
* Proven delivery within major programmes like S/4 RE4
* Strong communication skills with stakeholders, developers and PMs
* Fluent German (written & spoken), English is an advantage
* Hands‑on defect, risk and deviation management
* Expertise in test methodologies, test documentation and coverage
* Experience with resource planning for personnel, tools and environments
* Familiarity with tools such as SolMan and other test documentation platforms
* Strong analytical, structured and proactive working style
* Telecom or transport/logistics industry experience
* Knowledge of security, data management or governance processes
* Experience with agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
* Be part of one of Switzerland’s largest and most complex S/4HANA programmes
* High-impact role with ownership across critical integration areas
* Work alongside experienced cross‑functional teams in a modern, agile environment
* Long‑term project stability with strong visibility and influence
