* Championing Assay Development Efficiency: You will act as the voice for Assay Development, championing process improvements to enhance team efficiency. In partnership with the Program Engineer, who holds overall process responsibility, you will influence the optimization of workflows and information flow to ensure they are fit‑for‑purpose for the assay teams.
* Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address operational roadblocks within the program's assay development activities, developing and obtaining approval for effective solutions to overcome challenges.
* Resource Management: You will investigate resource deviations (budget or FTE) in close collaboration with the PCR Assay Development Chapter Lead and the Finance Business Partner to ensure program alignment.
