Our Mission – Why we do what we do
At LEXR, we believe that innovation is the key to solving the world’s most significant challenges – from climate change to access to healthcare, from the need for strategic sovereignty to the lagging digital transformation. That’s why we’ve built a law firm around one purpose: to enable innovators to bring their ideas to life by removing legal roadblocks.
We are more than just lawyers. We are enablers of progress, trusted partners to founders, and contributors to a better future.
Who we are
LEXR is a fast-growing law firm focused on the innovation ecosystem. With 40+ team members and offices across Switzerland and Germany, we combine deep legal expertise with a modern, tech-savvy approach. Our team of specialists supports clients in SaaS, AI, DeepTech, MedTech, and beyond.
We leverage technology, cross-border networks, and a collaborative culture to deliver actionable, pragmatic, and business-first legal support.
At LEXR, we value autonomy, trust, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit. We’re building a team of specialists who take ownership and help shape the next generation of legal services.
