Duties And Responsibilities
As Income Auditor, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
* Ascertains that all entertainment checks are approved and that vouchers, checks, and registration cards are reported in numeric sequence.
* Checks and verifies differences for missing registration cards and TA vouchers.
* Examines paid out vouchers, allowance vouchers, and correction vouchers, and ensures that they have been signed and approved by authorized persons.
* Verifies all departmental sales records and cash register totals, and ensures that no checks or vouchers are missing.
* Verifies the Daily Preliminary Revenue Report.
* Maintains accountable Form Register, checks and notes usage of accountable forms to assure that all numbers are accounted for and report on all missing and unaccounted numbers.
* Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. Performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
* Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest feedback.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Income Auditor, the candidate must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
* Diploma or equivalent in Finance or Accounting and professional accounting body certification, and at least 1 year experience in a hotel accounting role or similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
* Technical skills include advanced MS Office, Outlook platforms and Materials Control (MC), plus ability to operate 10-key calculators and perform calculations. Familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
* Fluent in English and French.
* EU Passport or Swiss work authorization.
