The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric‑psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma‑related disorders. With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma‑specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional competence with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Internship Project and Process Management (Finance, QM & ICT Department), 50–100%
In the Finance, ICT, and Quality Management department of Klinik Im Hasel AG, we offer a varied 6 to 18‑month internship position at the Lenzburg location starting immediately or by arrangement. You will be deployed as cross‑functional support in these central areas and work on digitization projects with strategic importance for our clinic.
Your tasks
Project assistance in the introduction of a new HIS (planning and coordination tasks)
Project collaboration in process optimization in the outpatient area as internal project support (coordination tasks)
Project collaboration in the professional design and introduction of the digital accounts payable workflow
Participation in the analysis and optimization of processes in the course of introducing new digital solutions in the clinical environment
Support of the Finance, QM, and ICT departments by attending meetings and performing an interface function in the administrative area
Your profile
Studies in business administration, health management, business informatics, or a comparable field
Interest in project management and digital processes in healthcare
Structured, reliable working style and enjoyment of organizational tasks
Motivated and team‑oriented personality who actively contributes
Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Goal‑oriented and structured working style with good organizational skills
