MGI Luxury Group, located in Bienne, Switzerland, is an international and innovative company of Movado Group, Inc. which is a prestigious manufacturer and marketer of luxury and fashion timepieces under the Movado, Concord, Ebel, Olivia Burton, MVMT, Hugo Boss, Coach, Lacoste, Tommy Hilfiger brands.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support the Product Manager and Marketing Manager of HUGO BOSS Watches & Jewelry.
In this role you will provide support through the following activities:
Product – support to Product Manager
* Inventory and follow-up of product samples
* Keep product development tools up to date
* Coordination of product photography
* Update of internal sales tools (DAM, linesheets, toolbox, etc)
* Support and follow-up for ongoing product development cycles
* Update product operating and care manuals
* Assist with general administrative tasks
Marketing – support to Marketing Manager
* Coordinate regional sales teams, HQ and licensor/agency timelines for correct and on-time delivery of projects
* Keep asset management tool up to date
* Support Marketing Manager with ongoing Marketing projects
* Preparation of assets and guidelines (Photos and Videos) for campaigns
* Support creation of Marketing tools (VM guidelines, Trainings, etc)
* Assist with general administrative tasks
You are fluent in English and French or German (other language would be a plus) and proficient with MS Office particularly Excel and Powerpoint, skills in Photoshop, InDesign, SAP, etc are a plus.
You are result-oriented, able to set priorities, proactive in bringing ideas and you have excellent organization skills. You are trustworthy, and you have strong interpersonal skills. Benefitting from good communication skills, you are able to interact with various levels of management.
