Project Leader Ukraine Expansion (m/w/d)
* Expand and develop our location in Ukraine
* Strengthening the team
* Train the local team in close collaboration with our locations in Switzerland and Germany
* Align and manage relationships with our local suppliers in Ukraine
* Coordinate and align with our clients
* Manage cooperation with authorities, logistics partners, and service providers
* Initially based in Tägerwilen (Switzerland) for the first months
* As the project evolves, the role will relocate to Ukraine
* Potential to transition into a management role over time
Your profile:
* Degree in mechanical engineering or a related field; an additional management or busi-ness administration degree is an asset
* Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop employees
* Experience in the railway industry is an advantage
* Strong communication skills in Ukrainian and English; German language skills are a plus
* Strong analytical and project management skills
