• university degree, preferably in engineering or finance and at least 5 years of proven work experience in the delivery of complex products to clients in the financial services industry
• working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product ownership (such as performing product owner role in a scrum team)
• setting outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) as well as product roadmap
• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• strong expertise in understanding client needs and priorities with ability to transfer them into digestible user stories
• proficiency in English language, both written and spoken with significant experience working in international environments
• strong communication and active listening skills with focus on collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
