We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT support specialist to join our team. As an Empowered IT Problem Solver, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless technology operations and exceptional user support.

About the Role:

1. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues across diverse platforms.

2. Manage IT support tickets with precision, ensuring timely resolutions and user satisfaction.
\
3. Assist end-users, providing clear and effective technical guidance to address their IT needs.
\
4. Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and security systems.
\
5. Document and organize IT assets and support activities, ensuring up-to-date records.
\
6. Develop and implement efficient solutions to improve IT processes and procedures.
\
7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
\
8. Proficiency in English (bilingual skills a plus).
\
9. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or equivalent.
\
10. Mastery in Windows and MacOS environments and familiarity with basic networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, firewalls).
\
11. Experience with Active Directory and IT infrastructure management.
\
12. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
\
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\
14. Detail-oriented and organized with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
\
15. Familiarity with helpdesk software and IT service management tools.
\
16. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
\
