In this varied role, you will take on tasks in the fields of sales, logistics, and backoffice, thus contributing essential support to the smooth operation of our activities. Sales & Customer Service: You advise and assist our clients by phone, email, and in-person (Romandy region). You establish offers, create orders and support sales actions while participating in managing our product assortment. Logistics & Inventory Management (support): You receive deliveries, check them, and ensure their preparation, packaging, and organization. You conduct inventory checks and support periodic inventories. Backoffice & Processing Requests: You ensure the update of customer data and handle various tasks. Profile: French and German are part of your professional daily life; you are proficient in both languages. You have experience in sales, logistics, or backoffice, with a good understanding of commercial or technical products, and you possess client-oriented skills. You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner. You are comfortable with tools (MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus). You are a proactive person, who enjoys being part of a motivated team and can also engage during busier periods.
