PpbFunction: /b Project Management and Business Analysis /p pbRemote work: /b Hybrid /p pbLocation: /b Zurich /p pbStart date: /b /p pbDuration: /b 16 months – with possibility of extension /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse and document business requirements for enhancements and changes to the TEMOS credit supervision platform. /li liTranslate complex credit risk workflows into clear, structured technical specifications for IT development teams. /li liIdentify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and improved data quality within credit workflows. /li liInitiate, plan, and manage small to medium-sized projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and quality standards. /li liMaintain transparency through regular reporting, status updates, and risk tracking across all stakeholders. /li liApply Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or waterfall methodologies as appropriate to the project context. /li liServe as the primary liaison between Credit Risk, Relationship Management, Product Service Organisation, and IT development teams. /li liWrite and execute test cases; coordinate UAT activities, training sessions, and change communications for system rollouts. /li liFoster a service-oriented culture with a focus on supporting front-office teams. /li /ul h3Key Skills /h3 ul liMinimum 3–5 years of experience in Credit Risk management within banking or financial services. /li liDemonstrated hands‑on experience with credit limit systems, exposure monitoring tools, or loan management platforms. /li liSolid understanding of data structures, data flows, and data quality principles — including identifying, assessing, and resolving data inconsistencies in credit systems. /li liProficiency in writing and interpreting SQL queries to interrogate structured datasets. /li liProficiency in Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI or equivalent reporting environments. /li liProven ability to analyse complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements. /li liFamiliarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or waterfall project methodologies; PMP, CBAP, or SAFe certifications are a plus. /li liExcellent communication skills in English and German. /li /ul pDue to Swiss work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from EU citizens or holders of a valid working permit in Switzerland. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
