Sonic Suisse SSD (Support Services Division) consolidates key functions in Sales & Marketing, IT, Finance, HR, and Medical Services. Our services ensure that regional laboratory sites across Switzerland are well-supported and operate smoothly, contributing to high-quality medical care.
Purpose of the job
As a Product Innovation Manager in Connectivity, you will drive the strategic development and ensure the medically sound design of our diagnostic portfolio. You will analyze market needs and trends, develop new products and services, and oversee them from conception to internal market readiness.
In this role, you act as a link between medical innovation and successful market positioning. You will ensure that new products and services meet customer needs, are developed on a solid medical basis, and are practically implemented to deliver real value.

Your Impact in This Role
* Further develop the product and service portfolio in Connectivity, including digital tools, the e-Sonic portal, BabySoon, Lab&Me, AI educational tools, B2B and B2C applications, in collaboration with internal teams.
* Manage the product roadmap and ensure the medical design of new digital products for our customer segments.
* Conduct market and trend analyses to identify new digital opportunities aligned with company strategy.
* Define market requirements and develop innovative product concepts, presenting them to executive management.
* Lead interdisciplinary project teams to implement the strategic roadmap.
* Build and maintain a network with relevant stakeholders in healthcare, research, and industry.
Your Background & Expertise
* Medical doctor (MD), laboratory medicine specialist (FAMH), or an academic background in natural sciences (minimum Master's); additional training in marketing, product management, or as a product specialist is advantageous.
* Strong knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system and eHealth ecosystem.
* Proficient in German or French (C1 level) and fluent in English (B2 level); Italian is a plus.
* Willing to travel within Switzerland (approx. 40%).
* Strong interpersonal skills, structured work style, and clear communication skills.
* Ability to align medical, technical, and business requirements.
* Enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration, especially with colleagues and clients.
