As our new Customer Service Officer (ID), you’ll be the driving force behind smooth operations and happy clients. Your day-to-day will include:
1. Supporting international clients with top-notch service—combining administrative precision with proactive collaboration across departments to make things happenManaging export administration tasks like processing orders and invoices, coordinating logistics, handling certificates, maintaining client files, and resolving complaintsPartnering with our sales team to deliver clear reporting on orders, delivery timelines, pricing, and volumes—and assisting marketing with product launches, client requests, and design follow-upsWorking closely with internal teams—planning, warehousing, expedition—to ensure every order arrives on time and in perfect shape
