Responsibilities
Project Planning & Technical Execution: Coordinate the technical delivery of projects in line with design, timeline, budget, and site-specific constraints.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans including resource allocation and milestones.
Produce and update technical documents: working drawings, material take-offs, parts lists, and order forms.
Document dismantling processes with clear setup/inventory instructions in coordination with project leadership.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.
Source and compare multiple supplier offers and oversee procurement aligned with project definitions.
Commission internal/external production post-approval and manage related logistics with transport teams.
Technical Compliance & Quality Assurance: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Validate external technical verifications (statics, fire safety, etc.) in line with local and legal standards.
Ensure on-site construction quality meets both regulatory and safety requirements.
Stay current on industry trends and share best practices with team members.
Facilitate seamless communication between project stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
Support production and assembly teams with technical clarifications as needed.
Conduct briefings and debriefings for internal and external teams.
Assist with final billing, documentation, and project closeout.
Commercial & Administrative Support: Track and document project changes or added services.
Identify and promote upselling opportunities during execution.
Support preparation of billing documentation and maintain organized project archives.
Your profile
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technical project management or a related field.
Solid understanding of construction methods, standards, and materials—especially for exhibition and event environments.
Proficient in AutoCAD (basic layout and technical drawings).
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
Demonstrated accountability, self-motivation, and responsibility in complex project environments.
Comfortable monitoring and interpreting industry trends, customer behaviors, sustainability, and tech innovations.
Skilled at archiving technical documentation and managing inventory of customer-owned materials.
Eager to support onboarding and training of new team members.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); French is a strong plus.
Willingness to travel internationally up to 6 weeks per year, with occasional weekend availability.
