We are an owner‑managed, independent company headquartered in Switzerland with engineering and production facilities in Germany and regional offices worldwide. We are looking for you to join our international team in Freienbach, Switzerland immediately or upon availability in a 100% capacity.
Your Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
* Work closely within the Head of Capability Management to ensure full alignment on the GCS offering and provide feedback on emerging market requirements
* Work closely with the Head of Global Operations Management to ensure timely cross‑sharing of information and good practice
* Serve in the role of Opportunity Manager, when appointed to do so, including the submission of quotations and proposals
* Interface with GCS Sales and Business Development colleagues to ensure alignment and efficiencies
* Attend industry events
* Identify emerging industry trends
Your Profile
* Bachelor's degree in military science, business, engineering or similar fields with at least 15 years management experience
* Proven track record of at least 10 years in mine action services or related industries
* Strong relationship‑building and networking skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders, government representatives, and industry influencers
* High cultural awareness and experience working in international, high‑risk, or post‑conflict environments
* Willingness to travel internationally
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Fluent verbal and written English skills; additional languages are an advantage
* Strong understanding of procurement processes
