We are looking for a technically skilled and driven individual to join our Quality Management department!
* Recording, documenting, and managing errors, deviations, and quality defects in our CAQ software
* Analysis of root causes in collaboration with the relevant departments (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, 8D method)
* Technical and organizational support in identifying measures through the use of appropriate quality tools, as well as technical and product expertise
* Initiating, coordinating, and monitoring emergency, corrective, and preventive measures in collaboration with the relevant departments
* Preparation of quality reports (e.g., 8D) and analyses such as quality metrics and defect rates
You are:
* Training as a quality assurance technician or a technician with additional training in quality assurance
* Experience in quality assurance or customer complaint management
* Knowledge of quality methods and problem-solving techniques
* Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, ERP/CAQ systems
