Deliverables
Edit and produce short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and longer YouTube videos from provided footage and scripts
Create visually appealing carousels and single posts for social media
Write engaging captions and add accurate subtitles in both German and English
Apply basic graphic design to enhance content quality and consistency
Format and optimize content for each platform’s requirements
Deliver several content pieces per week with a fast turnaround
Collaborate proactively, providing creative input and clear communication throughout the process
Requirements
Proven experience in video editing and social media content creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing both short and long-form work
Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
Ability to add subtitles and write captions in both languages
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines
Proactive approach and willingness to contribute creative ideas
Preference for candidates based in Eastern Europe or the Caucasus region
Availability for a short, paid test project with potential for ongoing collaboration
