Your main responsibilities
1. Monitor the Net Working Capital balances of the Group monthly
2. Proactively propose Trade Finance Measures to manage the Net Working Capital balance for key reporting dates
3. Monitor and report all Trade Finance Measures
4. Ensure accurate cashflow forecast for all Trade Finance Measures
5. Orchestrate the review of new Trade Finance structures if any
6. Monitor the group wide Factoring approach and sporadically review the possibility of extension of the program
7. Processing and management of bank guarantees, especially at year end
8. Manage and support ad-hoc Treasury projects
Your profile
9. 3+ years of experience in Treasury/ Treasury related roles and/or Banking or Swiss Certified Treasurer and sound experience in NWC methods
10. Bachelor or Master in Finance
11. Strong analytical skills with results-oriented mind-set. Good communication and negotiation skills
12. Ability to work autonomously in a cross-departmental and multi-cultural team across all hierarchy levels
13. Feeling at ease in a role of business partner whilst ensuring a system of checks and balances
14. Experience in Energy Sector is a plus
15. Good MS Office Applications skills. User knowledge in SAP, BPC & BW and PowerBI is a plus
16. Proficient in German and English
