Alpinum Solutions is the leading Alternative Legal Service Provider (ALSP) in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein, specializing in Interim Legal & Compliance workforce solutions for complex mandates.
For our client, an international energy company headquartered in Zurich with operations across the DACH region, we are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for commercial and contract‑related matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of agreements (e.g. supplier, service, and customer contracts), as well as advising business stakeholders on contractual risks and obligations
* Handling corporate and governance topics, including support with board matters, preparation of resolutions, maintenance of corporate documentation, and ensuring adherence to internal governance standards and applicable legal requirements
* Supporting and further developing compliance frameworks, particularly in the areas of KYC, regulatory requirements, and internal policies, including the preparation and delivery of trainings for business teams to ensure awareness and adherence
* Acting as a key legal contact for internal stakeholders, providing pragmatic and business‑oriented advice across day‑to‑day operations
* Monitoring relevant legal and regulatory developments and translating them into actionable guidance for the organization
Experience & Qualifications:
* Swiss law background (MLaw required); bar admission is not mandatory but considered an advantage
* Around 2 years of relevant experience (including internships and/or post‑qualification experience)
* Pragmatic, hands‑on mindset, with the ability to provide practical and business‑oriented legal solutions
