Your main tasks: Design and development of interactive training programs (e-learning, blended learning), including the development and implementation of quizzes to assess participants' knowledge for the training modules, collaboration with experts to create and adapt specific content, analysis of training needs, management of an online LMS, development of learning paths on the LMS, and management of multimedia resources such as videos, interactive materials, audio files, and quizzes to enrich the experience with graphics and infographics.
