Job Description As an Electrician or Automation Technician at Evatec, you ensure that our electrical and automated systems run smoothly. You install and maintain the equipment, fix faults and carry out regular inspections. Working closely with other teams, you make sure everything operates safely, reliably and according to our quality standards.
What you will be doing check Perform testing: you carry out complete functional tests on our production equipment
check Fix faults: you identify issues, analyse the cause and implement the right corrective actions
check Support assembly: you help assemble production equipment and apply your electrical know-how
check Run process tests: you test coating processes together with the product and application teams
check Solve technical problems: you work closely with engineering, R&D and production to find practical technical solutions
What you should bring check Technical training: you completed an apprenticeship as an Automation Technician, Electrician or a similar technical education
check Relevant experience: ideally with knowledge in vacuum or control technology
check Basic IT skills: you are comfortable using MS Office
check English skills: you can communicate in basic English
check Working style: you are reliable, independent and quick to understand technical topics
