About the Role:
We are seeking German-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a hybrid role in Malta. This position focuses on providing excellent customer service via email and live chat only no phone calls required. Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally via email and chat
* Provide accurate and timely information using appropriate tools
* Meet individual and team performance targets
* Escalate complex issues according to company policies
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience
* Participate in training and onboarding programs
Requirements:
* German speaker with good English skills
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
* Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn
* No prior experience required; full training provided
Schedule & Contract:
* Rotational shifts: 07:0015:30 & 15:3000:00
* 5 working days per week with 2 days off
* Permanent contract
Compensation & Benefits:
* 1,650 gross/month (~1,400 net)
* Quarterly government support (130)
* Performance bonus (up to 200 twice per year)
