Description
We are seeking a Technical Leader DevSecOps to join our team as a key contributor to the development and operation of our Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) backend infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining secure and scalable systems that support the cybersecurity services we deliver to our clients. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams to translate operational needs into robust technical solutions.
Responsibilities
* You will guide teams through the end-to-end project lifecycle, covering the initial conception, business requirements, software architecture, implementation, and delivery. You will act as a technical lead and coach for the more junior team members.
* You will provide technological and architectural guidance, create strategic roadmaps, and advise on their execution to enhance the MSSP backend platform (Senthorus), ensuring reliability and scalability.
* Manage and optimize DevOps pipelines for infrastructure deployment and automation.
* Participate in on-call rotations to support critical systems and incident response.
* Develop secure APIs in Python to interface with backend systems and services.
* Administer and integrate PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases for secure data management.
* Conduct unit and functional testing to ensure code quality and system stability.
* Collaborate with internal teams (security analysts, customer support, etc.) to meet client-specific needs.
* Contribute to the development of AI-driven, risk-based alerting systems to enhance threat detection and response.

Your profile
* Minimum 8 years of experience in DevOps or SecDevOps roles, ideally within MSSP or SOC environments.
* Hands-on experience in architecting and operating backend DevOps infrastructure.
* Proven experience in threat detection.
* Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
* Hands-on experience with cybersecurity technologies such as Endpoint Security, XDR, and SIEM platforms.
* Proficiency in query languages, SOAR platforms, and security product integrations.
* Solid understanding of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix), cloud services, and infrastructure.
