Job Description: Poeticwalls Trainee (80 - 100%)
Welcome to poeticwalls.com, a new platform emerging as a catalyst for exceptional architecture with innovative development projects and a growing brokerage portfolio. Poeticwalls transforms the real estate and building industry to better meet people's emotional, social, and spatial needs. We invest in, develop, and sell real estate, ensuring architectural quality with a jury and a council of international experts from different fields. Our mission is to affirm the cultural significance of building and achieve the added value of Baukultur for our clients, investors, the construction industry, developers and the public.
In our Zurich office, we have an opening for a motivated individual to join the Poeticwalls team for a six-month traineeship, with the possibility of extension and conversion into a junior position.
Responsabilities
* Assist the co-founders and the Poeticwalls team in producing and implementing ideas and content.
* Assist in the set-up of paperwork concerning the brokerage business.
* Research of exceptional properties for sale.
* Arrange house viewings and conduct house viewings.
* Compile internal overviews, such as press clippings, communications calendars, and copyright records.
* Provide creative support, including booking photographers, image handling, setting up presentations, and publications.
* Support in the creation of feasibility studies for development projects.
* Maintain general contact lists and manage newsletter imports.
Your Profile
* You completed a bachelor in architecture or business/economics or have experience in real estate and development management.
* You have a strong affinity for architecture and design.
* Proactive and detail-oriented.
* Native speaker or excellent knowledge of German and English, with strong writing and storytelling skills.
* Work closely with the founding team.
