Your tasks
* Develop competitive, creative, and profitable customer proposals with accurate cost and pricing calculations
* Ensure contracts, offers, and GTAs are high‑quality, accurate, and aligned with proposal requirements
* Coordinate and document assumptions with Product Management and relevant departments, especially when deviating from standard processes
* Collaborate with Sales to support and conduct negotiations during the proposal phase
* Manage smooth handover of contract details to execution teams after signature
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners while maintaining deep product knowledge
* Drive continuous improvement through post‑mortem analysis and proactive enhancements to tools and processes
Your Profile
* Degree in engineering or business administration with strong financial and commercial knowledge, and at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role in aerospace or a similar industry
* MRO and/or engine knowledge is desirable
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Independent, precise, and responsible working style with strong safety, quality, and cost awareness
* Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP
* Fluent in English (C1); proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage
