Tasks
What you will work on
We are a mission-driven startup, with people at the center, technology as an enabler, and strong growth ahead. Design at Aepsy is not decoration. It is a core lever to improve access to mental healthcare in Switzerland.
You will work closely with the CDO (Chief Design Officer). This means real responsibility, real impact, and real trust. More concretely, you will:
Lead meaningful design discovery
You go deep into problems before jumping to solutions. Through research, conversations, data, and observation, you uncover real user needs, challenge assumptions, and turn insights into clear, actionable problem statements.
