Scrum Master (Scaled Agile) – Zurich | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)
We are seeking a Scrum Master to support multiple agile delivery teams operating within a scaled agile setup. The role focuses on strengthening team delivery, embedding agile ways of working, and driving sustainable improvements across planning, execution, and collaboration.
Your responsibilities include:
* Support one or two agile teams in achieving iteration and program objectives
* Improve team delivery through effective planning, estimation, and progress tracking
* Promote a strong agile culture and guide teams in applying agile principles pragmatically
* Facilitate agile ceremonies and workshops to enhance transparency and flow
* Identify, address, and escape impediments, risks, and dependencies
* Shield teams from unnecessary external disruption
* Encourage collaboration across teams and with key stakeholders
* Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops and actionable retrospectives
* Contribute to the evolution of agile practices within the wider organization
Your profile:
* At least 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex or enterprise environments
* Hands‑on experience working in scaled agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe or equivalent)
* Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and related agile methods, but also in classic waterfall
* Familiarity with modern engineering and delivery practices (DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, cross‑functional teams)
* Proven coaching and facilitation skills
* Structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset
* Recognized Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent)
* Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Key conditions:
* Zurich-based role with mandatory onsite presence at least 3 days per week
* Interviews will start in January
Base pay range: CHF 110,000.00/yr - CHF 140,000.00/yr
