Taskify is hiring for one of the global players in the fiduciary and trust services industry. We are seeking an experienced Trust Specialist to manage financial and administrative operations for our client.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial accounting, accounts receivable, and dunning processes.
Oversee accounts payable and payment transactions.
Prepare VAT returns and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Handle payroll accounting, social insurance, and personnel administration.
Prepare tax returns for legal entities.
Profile / Qualifications
Basic commercial training with further training as a trustee with federal diploma, finance and accounting specialist, or currently in training.
Several years of professional experience in the trust sector.
Sound knowledge of accounting and financial statement preparation per Swiss Code of Obligations.
Fluent in German (C2) and good English skills (B2).
Proficient in MS Office, Abacus, and Dr. Tax.
Independent, careful, conscientious, resilient, with strong numeracy skills.
40‑hour work week with 25 days of vacation.
