About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist (m/f/d) to join our Swiss HR team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be the administrative backbone of our HR function, ensuring smooth operations across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to compliance. You’ll work hands‑on in a fast-paced environment, supporting HR processes proactively and precisely.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain and update employee records (contracts, personal data, working time, leaves, terminations) in compliance with Swiss law and internal policies.
* Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts and work permits.
* Manage time and absence systems, monitor entries, and generate regular reports.
* Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, ensuring confidentiality and excellent service.
* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law, social security regulations, and internal policies.
* Prepare HR documentation (job descriptions, contracts, amendments, termination letters, policy updates).
* Generate HR KPIs and reports (turnover, headcount, leave statistics).
* Contribute to HR projects and process improvements, including digitalization initiatives.

Your profile

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
* 3–5 years of HR administration experience in Switzerland.
* Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security system (AHV/IV/EO/ALV), and occupational pension basics (BVG).
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
* Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
* Service‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
