We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Process Engineer with expertise in optics and holography to join our advanced RnD and manufacturing team. This role will primarily operate within a clean room environment, contributing to the development and refinement of holographic and optical products. Familiarity with photopolymer films is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
Design, optimize, and troubleshoot optical and holographic manufacturing processes.
Utilize photopolymer materials to produce high-quality holographic components in a controlled clean room environment.
Monitor process parameters, maintain documentation, and ensure high quality.
Collaborate with R&D to transition prototypes into scalable manufacturing processes.
Analyze process data to identify improvements in efficiency, yield, and product quality.
Maintain cleanliness and contamination control within the clean room.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Optics, Material Science, or related field (advanced degrees preferred).
Hands-on experience in a clean room manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated expertise in optical systems and film processing.
Specific knowledge of holography and photopolymers is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Effective communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with optical characterization techniques and equipment.
Experience with holographic exposure systems and related metrology.
Knowledge of clean room best practices and contamination control protocols.
Previous work with film processes.
