In this position, you will manage all human resource-related matters within the HR team of fenaco in the Mittelland region. We appreciate down-to-earth personalities with a service-oriented mindset. As part of a central shared service, you will oversee, in job-sharing with an HR Business Partner based in French-speaking Switzerland, approximately 200 employees across 10 locations in Switzerland. Thanks to our proximity to the activities, you quickly identify the challenges in the line and, together, you find HR solutions for Serco Switzerland (f/m/d). Your tasks include professional and proactive advice and support for executives and employees as a thought partner for all human resource matters; responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle (excluding salaries) for around 200 employees (direct responsibility for about 130, including 30 apprentices); recruiting specialists, executives, and apprentices in collaboration with management; supporting long-term absences due to illness or accidents; engaging with ongoing and upcoming HR projects and change processes; interface with the fenaco-LANDI group HR system; various tasks as a profile specialist; HR specialist holding a federal diploma with several years of experience in this field, ideally with some experience in team management; proficiency in German or French with a perfect command of the other language; easy interaction with people at all levels and effective conflict management; autonomous and solution-oriented approach; mastery of key professional tools and social media; willingness to travel regularly to the various Serco sites.
