Minimum Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in the fiduciary business.
Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Academic background in finance or legal disciplines is a plus.
Proficiency in English, as it is the primary business language.
Management experience is advantageous.
Experience in trusts and estates is preferred.
STEP or similar qualification is advantageous.
