Senior Recruitment Consultant - Skilled Recuitment Solutions GmbH Travel: Occasional, based on project needs
On behalf of an international industrial company with a modern ERP landscape, I’m currently looking for an experienced Functional Analyst with expertise in Syteline (Infor CSI10). This role serves as a key link between IT and business stakeholders, focusing on ERP optimization, upgrades, and global rollout initiatives.
Your Responsibilities
Support business users in leveraging and optimizing the Infor CSI10 (Syteline) ERP system
Analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Coordinate ERP-related projects such as upgrades, process improvements, and data migrations
Act as a key player in global ERP rollouts and migrations to a multi-tenant cloud environment
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate third-party solutions (e.g., finance, tax, banking interfaces)
Ensure quality assurance through system testing, UAT coordination, and validation of software patches
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across global business processes
Your Profile
Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, Infor CSI10 (Syteline) must!
Strong background in manufacturing or industrial operations (e.g., shop floor, materials planning, finance, project coordination), typically built through 5–10 years of hands-on experience in relevant functions.
Solid understanding of ERP-driven business processes and multi-site system architecture
Familiarity with Infor OS components is a plus (Ming.le, ION Workflows, IDM, IFS, Factory Track)
Analytical thinker with excellent communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working with international teams and open to occasional travel
Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential; knowledge of French and German is a plus
