Overview
Lead the expansion of PepsiCo’s Food Ventures organization through strategic franchise partnerships. Define the franchise model, identify high-potential markets, and build a pipeline of qualified partners aligned with QSR industry standards incorporating immersive retail experiences into franchise concepts to enhance brand engagement.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement the franchise business model, including brand standards and partner support systems that reflect best practices from the QSR industry, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
* Develop marketing and GTM strategies tailored to franchise growth.
* Incorporate immersive retail experiences into franchise concepts to enhance brand engagement.
* Lead negotiations, onboarding, and relationship management with franchisees.
* Build and manage a robust pipeline of franchise leads across priority markets.
* Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to ensure compliance and alignment.
* Monitor performance and provide strategic guidance to franchise partners.
Qualifications
* 10+ years in franchise development, retail expansion, or business development/new business models.
* Experience launching franchise models in food, retail, or consumer services.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with external partners.
* Background in emerging brands or disruptive business models preferred.
