In this job, you’ll be working within the Corporate Donations & Sponsoring Department.
Purpose
You will be an administrative assistant, handling a wide variety of confidential and time-sensitive situations. You should be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with adaptability, good interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Your tasks include
1. Liaising with very senior internal and external stakeholders, including the CEO and Chairman's Office.
2. Participating in CSR activities (e.g., Children’s Walk) and providing administrative support.
3. Creating and handling reports via SharePoint and Concur.
4. Arranging visitors.
5. Supporting Roche Commissions and Roche Young Commissions.
6. Assisting in the preparation of agendas and meeting materials.
7. Onboarding new colleagues.
8. Organizing team events.
Who you are
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and German is required.
* Experience working within diverse and complex organizational cultures, embracing adaptability to support Roche’s 10-year ambitions.
* Tech-savvy, proficient with technology applications, and eager to explore new digital tools; strong skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage projects to completion.
* Collaborative, professional, responsive, and team-oriented approach.
* Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
* Ability to see the big picture, incorporating problem-solving, critical thinking, and tactical execution.
