An opportunity to lead and enhance ERP systems and finance platforms within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role acts as the bridge between Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing and IT, ensuring system improvements align with compliance and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse business processes and translate requirements into ERP configuration across NetSuite and integrated systems
* Drive system and process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality
* Deliver new features, functionality and compliance aligned changes, including GxP, GAMP and CSV
* Support continuous optimisation of ERP processes, controls and governance
* Partner with cross functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and adoption
Requirements
* Experience with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP or Dynamics 365
* Background across Finance, Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing in pharmaceutical or medical environments
* Strong understanding of compliance frameworks including GxP, GAMP and CSV
* Excellent stakeholder engagement, process analysis and requirements gathering skills
